Marketing

Marketing and content creator

Work with a multidisciplinary and international team designing Visit for Good’s marketing campaign to increase its visibility in social media and for its pre-launch and launching campaign of its first online touristic experience, designed and performed by the local community of Chacolla, located in Ayacucho – Peru.

Functions

  • Create content about Visit for Good in social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Adjust the content displayed on our website according to our target audience.
  • Create and schedule for social media content.
  • Brand engagement and social media management.
  • Strategic Storytelling for travel service providers.

Requirements

  • Use designing programs such as Canva Pro.
  • Previous experience with social media such as Instagram and Facebook.
  • Languages: English and Spanish (fluent).
  • Previous experience designing marketing campaigns (desirable, not essential)

As a social enterprise, this website is our main tool where we can not only inform people about our new way of doing tourism, it is also our main channel where donations and sales are made in order to support social projects for local communities in Latin America. We’re looking for a website designer that will make our website a friendly, trusted and efficient website, where customers, volunteers and investors feel welcomed.

Functions

  • Design Visit for Good’s website structure, following our brand manual.
  • Update web content.
  • Email Marketing: design and implement a newsletter.
  • Operational website for booking, email subscription, payment methods, security lock and volunteering program.
  • Create a multilingual WordPress site
  • Manage SEO and Google Analytics.

Requirements

  • Manage Google Analytics and SEO.
  • Use WordPress, Elementor and Bluehost.
  • Experience using CSS (desirable, not essential)

Video Content

Video content creator and editor

We are looking for a volunteer who can support us in the design, training and recording of online tourism experiences that aim to spread the culture and work of local communities. Through these 40-minute documentary films, we will finance community projects aimed at closing gaps in health, sanitation and education in Latin America. As part of our international and multidisciplinary team, you will be able to interact with local communities and support them in the design and training of these online experiences.

Functions

  • Develop workshops with local communities to teach them how to record 4K videos.
  • Create visual manuals for local communities so they can learn how to record 4K videos.
  • Restructure online experience’s scripts, from a more audiovisual point of view.
  • Edit videos.

Requirements

  • Previous experience designing, recording and editing documentary films.
  • Languages: English and Spanish (fluent).
  • Have previous experience in training small groups (desirable, not essential).

Project developer

Project developer and
community relations

We are seeking to recruit a project developer and community relations manager to be part of our volunteer team ; to manage and ensure the delivery of the projects we provide to local communities. You will work with a local community called Chacolla, located in Ayacucho – Peru; and a social enterprise called UMA, who employs female artisans from the community.

Functions

  • Keep continuous communication with local communities.
  • Manage and ensure the delivery of activities by local communities, in the agreed times.
  • Design and coordinate the implementation of the selected community project for each community.

Requirements

  • Teamwork skills.
  • Languages: English and Spanish (fluent).
  • Previous experience working with communities, planning and project management (desirable, not essential).
  • Interest or knowledge of Quechua (desirable, not essential).
